Well said, Sir.

This leads nicely to a brief discussion about the search process on an OTA.

It's static, formulaic - old hat, in fact.

Philip Wolf then introduces the intriguing Starwood search initiative: Four Points.

Worth a look.

The future of online travel search? A move in the right direction...

It's hardly innovative to create a site without tab navigation when that site has only one type of product. Tab navigation exists as a visual metaphor for locating a section of information, and is useful when many distinct sections exist.I'd like to see some alternative, intuitive ways to buy more complex travel products, but imitating a basic google search isn't particularly interesting.
